1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Forge mobile application (currently in beta via Apple TestFlight) and the forgehabits.cc website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Beta Status and Testing

Forge is currently in a public beta testing phase. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The app may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies that could cause failures, corruption, or loss of data. Your use of the Service during this beta phase is at your own risk, and we highly value your feedback to help us improve.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Forge. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities and AI Features

Forge utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help generate personalized daily targets and habit suggestions. While we strive to provide helpful and accurate recommendations, the AI-generated goals are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for your actions, your well-being, and deciding whether a suggested habit fits your personal capabilities and health limits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the app or website. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Forge app or its AI integration.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, and interfaces within the Service, including the Forge brand and software, are the exclusive property of Forge and its creator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use during the beta period.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (b) any bugs, glitches, or errors in the beta software.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, especially as we transition from the beta phase to the official App Store launch. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
